Since the beginning of 2014, PPJASS has been sending out a weekly newsletter as a supplement to the monthly newsletter. It is an email blast that magically arrives in your Inbox (more on that in a minute) every Wednesday morning at 7 AM. It's colorful, informative, entertaining and up-to-date, and it's full of photos and links to jazz events, venues, recordings and videos. In order to better see these features, make sure your email program is set up to receive the HTML format, as opposed to Plain-text, which is, well, quite plain. You may also have to click on a show images button to view photos.
If you think you are on the society's email list but are not receiving the eNotes, please check your Spam folder as it may be going directly there. Different email programs handle incoming mail, especially mass mailings, differently, so be on the lookout for PPJASS eNotes arriving from [email protected].
If you would like to receive the monthly print newsletter, download the membership form to join the society and automatically be placed on the mailing list.
